Solar Mounting Structure Manufacturer — Ground Mount & Rooftop PV

We manufacture solar mounting structures — PV racking, module support tables and their balance-of-system steel — for utility-scale ground-mount plants, commercial rooftop installations and solar carports. As a steel tower factory established in 1994, we bring the same drawing-driven fabrication, hot-dip galvanizing and export packing discipline used on our transmission and telecom work.
System Types
| System | Typical application | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Fixed-tilt ground mount | Utility-scale solar plants | Lowest cost per watt, fewest parts, fastest installation |
| Seasonally adjustable tilt | Sites where a few percent extra yield pays back | Manual tilt change two to four times a year |
| Rooftop rail system | Commercial and industrial rooftops | Pitched and metal-roof interfaces, lighter sections |
| Solar carport / canopy | Parking and public space | Structure doubles as weather protection |

Material Choice: Steel or Aluminum
| Criterion | Hot-dip galvanized steel | Aluminum alloy |
|---|---|---|
| Structural strength | Higher — longer spans, fewer posts | Lower — shorter spans |
| Cost at scale | Generally lower for utility scale | Higher per tonne |
| Corrosion protection | Galvanized coating, thickness selectable | Natural oxide layer, good near coast |
| Weight & handling | Heavier | Light, easier rooftop handling |
For most ground-mount projects, hot-dip galvanized steel gives the lowest installed cost. Aluminum stays attractive where rooftop load limits or a severely corrosive coastal micro-climate decide the design.
Foundation Options
- Driven piles — fastest and most economical where soil conditions allow; the common choice for utility-scale plants.
- Ground screws — for rocky or constrained soils, and removable at end of life.
- Concrete piers / ballast — where piling is not possible or ground penetration is restricted.
Share the geotechnical summary with us and post embedment and pull-out requirements can be matched to the actual soil rather than assumed.

Durability & Coating
Coating thickness is matched to the site's corrosivity category. Inland projects typically order standard hot-dip galvanizing; coastal, industrial or high-humidity sites justify heavier coatings or duplex systems (galvanizing plus paint). We confirm which standard the coating is tested against — for example ASTM A123 or ISO 1461 — and coating thickness records are available with the production batch.
Details That Reduce Installed Cost
- Pre-assembled tables — fewer loose parts means faster field installation.
- Standard-tool clamping — module clamps that need only ordinary installation tools.
- Tolerance design — slots and adjustment ranges that absorb pile deviation instead of triggering rework.
- Container-optimised packing — bundles sized to container dimensions cut freight cost and site sorting time.

Specification Range

| Tilt angle | Per site latitude and layout design |
| Module compatibility | Framed modules, clamped per module datasheet; portrait or landscape |
| Structural steel | Q235B, Q355B — equivalents: ASTM A36, ASTM A572 Gr.50, S235JR, S355JR |
| Aluminum option | Rails and brackets for rooftop and coastal systems |
| Surface protection | Hot-dip galvanizing, coating class agreed per project |
| Foundations | Driven pile, ground screw, concrete pier or ballast |

Frequently Asked Questions
What do you need from me to quote a PV mounting system?
Module size and weight, array layout or row pitch, tilt angle, site wind and snow loads, a soil or geotechnical summary, and the destination port. From those we propose a structure and price it factory-direct.
Can you work from our structural drawings?
Yes. We fabricate to customer drawings, or we can review your layout data and propose a standardised table that reduces part count and installed cost.
Do you supply trackers?
Our scope is fixed-tilt, seasonally adjustable, rooftop and carport structures manufactured from steel and aluminum sections. Single-axis trackers are a separate product category with their own O&M profile — tell us if your project needs them and we will advise what we can and cannot cover.
Which coating standard is used?
Hot-dip galvanizing to the standard agreed in your specification — ASTM A123 and ISO 1461 are those most often referenced by our export customers. Coating thickness records ship with the order.
How quickly can a plant be delivered?
Lead time depends on tonnage, system type and whether drawings are approved. Once the design is frozen we issue a fixed production and shipping schedule with the quotation.
Can you supply for a multi-phase plant?
Yes. Drawings and fabrication records are archived so later phases and extensions can be produced to the identical specification.
Planning a Solar Plant?
Send your module data, layout and site conditions — we will propose a mounting structure and return a factory-direct quotation.
