Telecom Tower Manufacturer — Lattice, Guyed Mast & Monopole

We manufacture telecommunication towers and masts for mobile network rollout — self-supporting lattice towers, guyed masts, tubular monopoles, rooftop and street poles, plus camouflaged towers for sensitive locations. Towers are fabricated in Hengshui, Hebei, China and shipped hot-dip galvanized, coded and packed for direct erection on site.
Choose the Right Structure for the Site
| Structure | Best suited to | Key trade-off |
|---|---|---|
| Self-supporting lattice tower | Multi-operator sites with heavy antenna loading | Highest tonnage, but no guy anchor area needed |
| Guyed mast | Open rural land, cost-driven rollouts | Lightest tonnage, but a large fenced anchor footprint |
| Tubular monopole | Urban plots, roadsides, constrained sites | Smallest footprint, fastest single-pour installation |
| Rooftop / street pole | Dense urban coverage and small cells | Infill capacity where a greenfield site is impossible |
| Camouflage tower | Residential, scenic and heritage areas | Conceals antennas — higher cost, needed for permits |

What We Supply

Monopoles & poles
Tubular poles with flange or socket joints for urban and roadside sites.

Guyed masts
Low-tonnage masts for rural coverage where anchor land is available.

Camouflage towers
Bionic tree and stealth designs for scenic, urban and heritage sites.

Integrated base stations
Fast-build station solutions for suburban and roadside deployment.
Tower Package & Accessories
A tower is bought as a system, not a set of steel. Our standard package covers everything the erection crew and the RF team need:
- Climbing access — ladders or step bolts, safety rails and rest platforms.
- Antenna mounting — mounting frames and brackets sized to your antenna and microwave dish loading.
- Cable management — feeder ladders, cable trays and entry ports for RF and power runs.
- Safety & marking — earthing terminals, aviation warning light provisions and obstruction marking paint where required.
- Foundation interface — anchor bolt templates and foundation load data to match your civil design.

Specification Range
| Parameter | Typical range we fabricate |

| Tower height | Typically 15 m to 80 m, to your design |
| Antenna loading | Per the platform / antenna layout in your design basis |
| Structural steel | Q235B, Q355B — equivalents: ASTM A36, ASTM A572 Gr.50, S235JR, S355JR |
| Surface protection | Hot-dip galvanizing, coating class agreed per project (ASTM A123 / ISO 1461 referenced) |
| Fasteners | Galvanized bolts grade 4.8 / 6.8 / 8.8 as designed |
| Design basis | Customer drawings, wind speed, antenna loading and tower height per the project standard |
Related Structures We Also Manufacture
Beyond mobile network towers, the same workshops produce microwave relay towers, radio and television broadcasting towers, integrated base stations, stainless decorative landmark towers and wind measurement / meteorology towers.

Frequently Asked Questions
Lattice tower, guyed mast or monopole — which should I choose?
It depends on land, height and antenna loading. Lattice towers suit heavy multi-operator loads, monopoles suit constrained urban plots, and guyed masts give the lowest tonnage where anchor land is available.
What antenna loads can your frames carry?
Mounting frames are designed to the antenna and dish loading in your design basis. Send the antenna layout and wind speed for the site and the frame sizing will follow.
Do you supply foundation bolts?
Yes — anchor bolts and templates are supplied with the tower, together with the foundation load data your civil contractor needs.
Can the tower be supplied with camouflage cladding?
Yes. Bionic tree towers, integrated base stations and decorative stainless towers are all produced in-house for sites where an exposed lattice structure would not be permitted.
What documentation accompanies the shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, mill test certificates, galvanizing records, erection drawings and coded packing lists per tower.
Can you handle a multi-site rollout order?
Yes. Towers are coded and bundled per set so several sites can be shipped and erected in parallel, and repeat orders are produced to the same archived drawings.
Planning a Network Rollout?
Send the site data — height, wind speed, antenna loading and quantity — and we will propose the structure type and quote the full tower package.
