The Factory Behind the Towers

China Summit Iron Tower Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a steel tower factory in Hengshui, Hebei Province, about 250 km south of Beijing. We have been fabricating towers since 1994, first under the name Hebei Zhufeng Iron Tower and now also exporting as China Summit. Everything we ship is made to customer drawings for EPC contractors, utilities, network operators and tower trading companies.
We are a manufacturer, not a trading company. When you send a drawing query, the person who answers it walks past the machine that will cut that part. That matters most during production, when a drawing question usually has a deadline attached.
What We Manufacture
Three product lines run through the same workshops, on the same drawing-driven process:
- Transmission towers: lattice towers and tubular steel poles for 10–500 kV overhead lines.
- Telecom towers: self-support lattice, guyed masts and monopoles for mobile network and broadcasting sites.
- Solar mounting structures: ground-mount steel racking for utility-scale PV plants.
How a Tower Moves Through the Plant
Every order follows the same six stages. Each one leaves a record that ships with the goods:
- Material in. Structural steel arrives with mill test certificates, checked against the order before it enters the workshop.
- Cutting. CNC plasma cutting sets member length and end angles.
- Marking, punching and drilling. Holes are made to drawing dimensions so parts assemble without reaming on site.
- Welding. Welded assemblies are made to qualified procedures and inspected before galvanizing.
- Hot-dip galvanizing. All carbon steel parts are galvanized; coating thickness is measured and recorded.
- Trial assembly and packing. Towers are trial-assembled on the ground, then packed as coded sets with their bolts.
Workshop and Equipment
Three production workshops cover 28,000 m² on the 67,000 m² site, holding 96 units of production equipment. The machines that decide tower quality:

The Laboratory
An in-house laboratory handles the chemical and physical testing that tower contracts require: steel composition and mechanical properties, fastener strength and galvanizing coating thickness. Samples come off the production batch, not from a showroom shelf, and the reports travel with the shipment documents.

People
265 people work here, 108 of them engineers and technicians. For a buyer this shows up in two places: drawing queries get answers with numbers in them, and production problems get solved in the workshop the same day instead of being emailed back and forth for a week.
Who We Supply
Domestically, our towers carry the networks of China Mobile, China Unicom, China Telecom and China Tower, plus power utilities, broadcasting, civil aviation and public security projects across more than 30 provinces. Exports go to Southeast Asia and Africa, with documents prepared for the destination market.
